They are specified by resignation from traditional perforating systems and adapting to Eurocode requirements, where one of the most important things is keeping minimum spans and distances between nails. They are fitted with a wide range of perforating systems which enable them to be used in standard solutions as well as for custom-made joints. KPL squares are made of thinner material which is a result of works intended to achieve better compromise between price and strength
- Material: DX51D + Z275. Thickness: 2,0mm.
- Fixing: Carpentry nails ANCHOR 4mm; screws for timber 6mm, 10mm; bolts M10, M12; concrete anchors M10, M12.
- Anti-corrosion protection:
Cold-rolled metal sheet with bilaterally applied galvanized coating with weight no less than 275 g/m2 and thickness of about 20 um. Most often it is additionally covered with a thin layer of oil film that protects zinc against oxidation. Product edges remain not coated after punching process, but it has no negative influence on their anti-corrosion protection.
